Aetypic completely transformed the original 1983 horizontal wood clad building into a modern two-story commercial banking facility. An aluminum and glass façade has been provided to encase the new 4,000 square foot two-story banking floor, with lobby, teller stations, meeting areas, vault and work spaces. A new elevator provides access to the upper level which accommodates bank and tenant offices. The exterior features an architectural perforated aluminum and steel sunscreen displaying a dynamic Ionic column capital. Interior finishes include wood-faced columns, custom lighting fixtures, and wood slat paneling.
